Q: How do I make a bill-to and/or ship-to tax exempt?
A: To make a bill-to or ship-to qualify for tax exemption, a tax-exempt certificate must be emailed to sales@firefighterwarehouse.com or faxed to our Tax Department at 888-589-4389. Be sure to include the email address associated with your account, if available.
Q: Do you offer Net 30 terms?
A: We only offer Net 30 terms for Fire Departments, and other municipal organizations. Please email qualifying Purchase Orders to sales@firefighterwarehouse.com.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: The best way to request a return is to contact us directly at 888-314-3473 or email sales@firefighterwarehouse.com. Please have your order number ready, as well as the reason you would like to return. Note: We charge a 15% restocking fee on orders all that ship for free. If your order DID NOT qualify for free shipping during initial checkout, the 15% restocking fee will be waived. Customer must pay for return shipping to:

Q: Do you offer a warranty on any of your products?
A: We offer a manufacturer’s warranty with most of our products. The warranty is subject to change depending on prior use conditions, and if the warranty reason meets the manufacturer’s criteria.
