My order is charging us tax but we are tax exempt?

If you have an account or you're logged in already, email us at sales@firefighterwarehouse.com the appropriate tax exempt documents and we will refund your taxes the next business day. Use "Tax Exempt" in the subject line, along with your order number. If you already placed an order, and would like to have your taxes refunded, just email us including including the appropriate tax exempt documents.

I don't have an account and we are tax exempt?

Tax exempt customers must create an account by clicking "Login" on the top right hand corner, and then clicking "Register." Once you're registered, email us at sales@firefighterwarehouse.com the appropriate tax exempt documents and we'll update your account. You will also receive an email from customer support that your account is now listed as tax exempt.

How can we make our account Tax Exempt for every order?

Once your account listed as tax exempt, you will not be charged tax when using your account for any future purchases. You should be able to order on our website going forward without taxes being charged automatically.

My order is still showing taxes?

If your account has recently been approved as tax exempt, you may need to log out and log back in again to remove taxes from your order. If you're still having trouble, please call or email us.
