"Made in the USA" aluminum 2 1/2 inch NH (NST) female swivel rocker lug x 2 1/2 inch NH (NST) male gate valve. This valve features a non-rising stem with a full flow 2 1/2 inch waterway. Our valve is constructed of high strength, heat-treated, hard coat anodized, powerd coated aluminum body. The wedge style gate allows for reduced water hammer. Opening the valve is easily done by spinning the aluminum speed handle less than 11 turns for fully open.
Note: Operating a gate valve in a partially open position can cause excessive gate wear and damage seals. Intended use is to fully open or close water flow, not intended for flow throttling.
