Four Outlet 3 GPM 500 PSI Electric Fire Hose Tester

The four outlet 3 GPM 500 PSI electric fire hose testing machine is an essential tool for testing fire hose, sprinkler systems, and pressure vessels. This pump meets or exceeds the testing standards for NFPA 1962.7 and the RMA. The 1 HP electric pump is operated off of 110/220 Volt 50 or 60 Hertz service. It features a 3 GPM max flow in pressure mode and is capable of producing 500 PSI. Four independently controlled outlet ball-valves have NST couplings for connection to the hose. All gauges are stainless steel liquid-filled for accurate readings and long life.

The pressure regulator is automatic with an inlet bypass for quick filling and bleeding of the fire hose or system. The frame is also constructed with a "roll cage" type frame for protection of the pump. The testing macine is also on 4 wheels with casters. In the event of a hose failure, the lines will not become "wild". When in pressure mode the valve in the pressure inlet will only allow 3 GPM to flow into the lines.
