This will NOT fit a standard garden hose spigot without a separate adapter.

  • Over a period of 20 minutes, the 1" hose will flow 13 more gallons

1" x 100' Garden Hose vs 5/8" x 100' Garden Hose (Standard Diameter)

Both hoses have garden hose thread connected to a residential garden hose spigot with a static pressure of 70 PSI.

  • 1" hose 7.60 gallons per minute
  • 5/8" hose 6.00 gallons per minute
  • Over a period of 20 minutes, the 1" hose will flow 32 more gallons or 27% more water.
